  • Two references from established providers you have seen within the past 6–12 months, who have agreed to vouch for you. Please include their names, websites, and email addresses.

  • Government-issued photo ID along with a link to your LinkedIn profile or company website.

  • Government-issued photo ID and a selfie of yourself holding the same ID.
